Stage 1 (205 BHP | 460 Nm)

Our Stage 1 remap software for the 2.0 TDCI 130BHP EU6 AdBlue model with the Siemens SID211 control unit delivers excellent power whilst remaining well within the safe limits of the engine. The 130 BHP engine gets the same great gains as the higher powered 170 version, the reason for this is because all of the hardware (turbo, injectors, ECU) are identical to the higher powered 170 BHP model. The factory software is purposely down tuned.

Our remap is designed in such a way that all of the complex torque control structures within the software are satisfied, giving strong and reliable power while maintaining maximum reliability. We don’t simply ‘turn up’ the power; instead, we adjust the calibrations in the same way that Ford would do it themselves. This takes a little longer to do but it’s well worth the extra work and you will feel it when you are driving the vehicle.

The Stage 1 remap will deliver 205 BHP and a torque increase to 460 Nm. We can also make a less powerful remap if you prefer to keep the van a bit calmer, for example 170 BHP factory settings.
