Programming via OBD (SID201)
- Order the MyGenius tool from our webshop.
- When the tool arrives, initialise it using your PC. The PC is not used in the car, only to initialise the tool.
- Connect MyGenius to your car’s OBD port. Use backup power for the car battery.
- Select your Vehicle with the menus and follow the on screen instructions to read the ECU.
- Connect the tool to your computer and email us the file.
- We’ll modify and return the file, usually within 2–3 hours on workdays.
- Write the software back to the ECU using the same tool.
- Warm up the engine, then test drive and enjoy the extra power.
