Results: 130 BHP • 320 Nm
The Stage 1 Remap is designed to run safely on a standard vehicle and does not need any modifications. With a Stage 1 remap your power goes up to 130BHP and torque will increase to 320Nm. This remap is designed to run with the DPF in place and is road legal.
Useful to know – the later variants of the 75 and 100 BHP 1.5 HDI engine are fitted with the Garrett GTD1244VZ turbo, in this case your stage 1 remap goes straight to 150 BHP. Double check which turbo you have fitted by searching the part number on the name tag on the side.

Programming Methods – bench programming
The Bosch MD1CS003 ECU currently needs to be bench mode programmed, there are not any OBD programming methods.
Bench mode does not require the ECU to be opened. The following tools can program the MD1CS003 in Bench mode:
