These nubmers can appear confusing because some tools list them sligthly differently, but if you follow our logic you can be sure to always have the right file. HW Number will always contain 12B684 in the string
SW Number will always contain 12A650 in the string
SW Upgrade number will always contain 14C204, and this is the important one to match, usually you can search only this number and find the corresponding file.
