Peugeot 308 1.6 HDI 90 Stage 1 Remap - HDI Tuning will take your 1.6 90 to 120BHP and 250Nm. Our stage 1 remap provides constant smooth torque through the entire rev range whilst remaining well within the safe limits of your clutch and turbo charger. You'll also get a slight increase in fuel economy.

Use our online remapping service and tune your car from home, you just need a BDM100 programmer or the Kess tool.

EGR Delete

EGR delete is actually quite complex on the 1.6 HDI. As the solenoid has several wires which join to other parts of the wiring loom, it can't be disconnected without giving lots of faults. For EGR delete a blanking plate is required and then the EGR software must be written out through a remap.

Stage 3 remap - Here we skip a step, as the typical stage 2 route is pointless on this engine as the turbo is just not big enough for more power than the stage 1+ Instead, we need to fit the turbo and the injectors from the 1.6 110 model. The turbo required is the Garrett GT1544V, the injectors use the code 0445110259.

Once both the turbo and injectors have been upgraded and the ECU software has been completely re-writen, your car will be able to produce 145 BHP and 290Nm of torque.

GTD12 or GTD12 Hybrid Turbo upgrade 3 bar MAP 297 Injectors - 153 to 185 BHP

We've been working hard to bring more turbo options for the 1.6 HDI engine and we now have the GTD1244VZ upgrade. This turbo uses fourth generation Garrett GTD technology which means earlier spool and better top end power. Another plus is that this turbo fits directly on to the stock exhaust manfiold.Here's a fitment guide for a standard GTD12 designed for a reliable 153 BHP with 320Nm, or a Hybrid GTD12 with a 49mm compressor wheel good for 185 BHP.

TF035 turbo manifold kit - 210 BHP +

Looking for big power? Then look no further. We have developed our own custom turbo manifold mounting kit made from high grade stainless steel to mount a MHI TF035 turbo charger. The kit makes the turbo upgrade extremely cheap and easy as there's no need to pay for custom one off fabrication work.

The bolt on turbo kit is designed for 210 BHP and 380Nm. Other required upgrades include the 0445110297 injectors, clutch, 3 bar MAP sensor, intercooler, exhaust. We designed the manifold to be as compact as possible but you may need to reposition the fans on the rear of the radiator.
