Peugeot 207 1.6 HDI 110 Stage 1 Remap (DPF Friendly) - The mild stage 1 Remap is designed to be safe to run in unison with the DPF system fitted to your vehicle from the factory. This remap gives 135 BHP and 275Nm torque. Driveability is increased thanks to a much more useable torque range with continual power into the higher rev range. The DPF is kept safe by keeping the air-fuel ratio high and hence soot emissions low. We recommend this remap for newer vehicles with low miles.
Peugeot 207 1.6 HDI 110 Stage 1 + Remap (including DPF delete)- The full power stage 1 remap from HDI Tuning will take your 1.6 110 to 143BHP and 290Nm. As the 1.6 HDI 110 comes fitted with a DPF system, it's important to remove this for the stage 1 + remap. Luckily, HDI Tuning Ltd have a safe and reliable solution which won't give future problems (We have a DPF delete pipe in stock made from stainless steel for just £85 plus shipping, and we also stock an air doser delete kit which removes the troublesome intake butterfly valves).
We've developed these remaps not only to give optimal performance, but also to remain within the limits of the stock hardware of your vehicle such as the dual mass flywheel and the clutch, and most importantly the turbo.
When a DPF is removed the pressure ratio across the turbine is increased, and hence the spooling characteristics of the turbo charger will be changed significantly. Our stage 1 remap completely re-writes the control parameters of your VNT turbo to suit the change in pressure. This not only enhances the smoothness of your torque curve, it also protects your turbo from over boosting. HDI Tuning's remaps are the only 1.6 HDI remaps designed to protect your turbo charger. We also write out any faults relating to the additive system, so there is no need to replace your additive ECU or refill the additive tank.
Take a look at some of our dyno prints for the 1.6 HDI engines:
If you want to use our online service you can use KESS through the diagnostics port, or you can use BDM100 direct to the ECU. We've produced a video guide HERE detailing how to use the BDM100.
We've found that DPF removal makes the 1.6 HDI engine much more reliable. Our reasoning for this is because the DPF stores a lot of thermal energy, so when you shut down your hot engine the turbo core takes a lot of this heat. With the DPF removed the turbo cools down more quickly and there is less chance for the oil to 'coke' and block the oil feed and the bearing. Of course it's important to service your engine regulary with good quality fully synthetic oil. We recommend every 6K miles.

EGR delete is actually quite complex on the 1.6 HDI. As the solenoid has several wires which join to other parts of the wiring loom, it can't be disconnected without giving lots of faults. For EGR delete a blanking plate is required and then the EGR software must be written out through a remap.
If you're not sure if you require EGR delete, please read here.
GTD12 or GTD12 Hybrid Turbo upgrade 3 bar MAP 297 Injectors - 153 to 185 BHP
We've been working hard to bring more turbo options for the 1.6 HDI engine and we now have the GTD1244VZ upgrade. This turbo uses fourth generation Garrett GTD technology which means earlier spool and better top end power. Another plus is that this turbo fits directly on to the stock exhaust manfiold. Here's a fitment guide for a standard GTD12 designed for a reliable 153 BHP with 320Nm, or a Hybrid GTD12 with a 49mm compressor wheel good for 185 BHP.
TF035 turbo manifold kit - 210 BHP +
Looking for big power? Then look no further. We have developed our own custom turbo manifold mounting kit made from high grade stainless steel to mount a MHI TF035 turbo charger. The kit makes the turbo upgrade extremely cheap and easy as there's no need to pay for custom one off fabrication work.
The bolt on turbo kit is designed for 210 BHP and 380Nm. Other required upgrades include the 0445110297 injectors, clutch, 3 bar MAP sensor, intercooler, exhaust. We designed the manifold to be as compact as possible but you may need to reposition the fans on the rear of the radiator.

Took my 306 here today that required more power 😇🙈 all I can say is what a fantastic job he has done. the car has so much more power 😍. He also diagnosed issues that I wouldn't have found. thank you for your 5* service. highly recommended.
Had my Peugeot 307 136bhp remapped to 170bhp using a BDM100 tool and the online remap service - files were sent back to me the same day which I was very impressed by. Support/service throughout the whole process was excellent, including the DIY guides on how to read/write the files from the ECU. My antipollution system warnings are now a thing of the past and the map itself is great - the car pulls hard right up to the redline now, it's like a totally different engine and I'm quite surprised by how fast the car is now. Well worth the money, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HDI Tuning.
Great fast service, very knowledgeable, my ds3 1.6 diesel runs so much smoother and faster after it’s remap. Highly recommend this company.
What can I say. I had my 307 90hdi tuned by Ste and he’s done an amazing job it literally means just that.he has brought a whole new meaning to a new lease of life my 307 has never felt this good from 90bhp to just over 125bhp at 275Nm it has become a new animal I would highly recommend he to any one who needs there HDI engine kicking up a notch. 5* service and not to mention he managed to booked me in with in less then a weeks notice. Thanks again mate will be happy to do business again :)
Just had my 206 1.6 hdi remapped with the egr and dpf delete and it's made one hell of a difference. Having egr issues before hand has made the remap even more of an improvement. I defintly recommend HDI Tuning as Steve is great at responding to emails and has given me brilliant advice on what to do to ensure the remap works as it should. Thanks again Steve you have defintly left me with a big grin on my face and wanting to drive the car at every given opportunity.
Remap done by Steve. On hand advice and a wealth of knowledge. Put simple the guy knows his S#*T. After remap had an unrelated fault and Steve was able to diagnose over the phone and it cost me a fiver to fix myself (actually about 50p of vac pipe) but I got plenty left. Cheers HDI Tuning.
Peugeot Expert 90bhp (sluggish), remapped with a Stage 1 Ecu 120bhp (lively). After numerous emails and phone calls to Steve about questions on the Stage 1 Remap I was always put to ease by Steve's quick response, reassurance and honesty. I cannot add anymore to Steve's attitude and personality towards his customers than what everyone has already written. Now after installing the remapped ecu the van started up as normal and everything ran as normal. I took it down the bypass and it just felt a lot lively and lighter.
Had a 1.6D 2011 Volvo S80 throwing up errors from turbo and EGR valve. Car was way down on power and economy. Left it with HDI Tuning for a few days for some work and a remap and the car is more powerful and more efficient than ever before! Previously it would stick around 50MPG on runs of 70-75 mph, now it has just managed over 1000kms to a tank and an average of 58.1MPG. The car has good pull through all gears and emissions do not appear to have changed at all. Delighted with the results!
Steven is a top chap. Sent the files for my Suzuki Vitara via email and totally transformed the jeep. More torque across the whole rev range and gained about 10 mph on top speed. Total value for money. My brother in law is now ordering the same service the day I done mine! 5 star service and 5 star MAP. Thanks again Steven :-)
