Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI Stage 1 Remap DPF safe (Delphi DCM 3.5) - Our Stage 1 performance remap was developed in house and tested extensively to ensure optimal drive-ability and reliability for your engine. The DPF safe remap is designed to run in parallel with the DPF filter without the need for removal.

A stage 1 remap makes driving your Ford Mondeo TDCI much more fun. The stage 1 remap gives 190BHP and a massive torque increase to 420Nm.Thanks to the smooth nature in which the torque isdelivered, the standard clutch and dual mass flywheel are kept well within their safe limits. Power delivery will be smooth and constant through the entire engine range and will make overtaking much easier.

Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI 160 Stage 1 + Remap with DPF delete (Delphi DCM 3.5) - If you're looking for extra performance, you can opt for our full power Stage 1 + remap. This will take you to 420 Nm and 200BHP. The DPF delete will offer better reliability and better fuel economy thanks to the free flowing exhaust system. Our DPF delete remap adjusts parameters within the ECU to account for the change in pressure with the DPF canister removed, giving optimal power and keeping your turbo charger safe.

EGR Delete

We can also inlcude an EGR delete for no extra cost with your remap. This gives better throttle response, eocnomy and reliability. For this you must fit an EGR blanking plate, or we can do this for you at our workshop.
