Ford Fiesta 1.6 TDCI 95 Tuning options EDC17C10 (2010 to present):

HDI Tuning has the latest 'boot mode / Tricore' programming equipment enabling us to access the (tuning protected) EDC17 ECU of your 1.6 TDCI 8V engine. These remaps are available for the 1.6 8V engine with 95 BHP.

The best option is to send the ECU to us for our postal remapping service. If you do however have the correct tri-core boot equipment you're welcome to use our online remapping service.

Stage 1 Remap DPF friendly - 120 BHP

Our Stage 1 remap will take your 1.6 TDCI to 120BHP and 270Nm. Our stage 1 remap provides constant smooth torque through the entire rev range whilst remaining well within the safe limits of your clutch and turbo charger. The DPF system will not be affected by this remap as we remain well within stock air fuel ratios to promote a clean sootless burn. Price £200.

Stage 1 + Remap DPF Delete - 125 BHP

The Stage 1 + remap is designed for those who want that little bit extra and also want to remove a faulty DPF system. Peak power with this remap is 125 BHP and peak torque comes out at 290Nm making a big difference to the way your car drives. Our DPF delete software can also remove the DPF temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and also the Lambda sensor. If you have a fault with these then this is a great solution. Price £200.

Stage 3 remap - 141 BHP

We've spent a lot of time working on a VNT turbo upgrade. The turbo used here is a GTD1244VZ from the 1.6 115 model which is almost a direct fit. This gave great performance figures with 320Nm torque and 141 BHP.
