Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI 90 Tuning options available:
Important: There are two variants of the 307 2.0 HDI 90. This page is for the Bosch EDC15C2 ECU system. You can check which ECU is fitted by looking under the fuse box under the bonnet. You can also confirm this by checking either the injectors, or fuel rail are manufactured by Bosch (If you have the Siemens injection system click here)
Stage 1 Remap - 120 BHP
This remap is designed to go straight on to a standard HDI engine without any modifications required. Peak power will be 120 BHP @ 3750 RPM, maximum torque will be 270Nm @ 2500 RPM. The stage 1 remap offers great performance, driveability and safer overtaking. On top of this you can expect to see economy gains of 3-5 MPG on average.Cost: Online remap service £99, Post us your ECU £140.
Stage 1 Remap - 125 BHP
This remap is designed to get the most out of your 2.0 HDI 90 engine with minimum modifications required. To run the 125 BHP remap you'll need to remove your catalytic converter as a bare minimum. For optimal results, fit a complete free flowing exhaust system (2.375"-2.5" bore). This remap is designed to suit engines with less than 135K miles.
The full power stage 1 remap will give 290Nm @ 2500 RPM and a peak horse power of 125 BHP @ 3750 RPM. This will really transform your car and make it a pleasure to drive. All remaps have been proven through years of testing and are perfectly safe for your engine to run. Stage 2 Remap - 150-155 BHP
As the Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI does not benefit from electronic Turbo control, you will need to fit a mechanical boost controller, along with an intercooler and a free flowing exhaust system. We can then tune the car to have more than 150 BHP and more than 360Nm of Torque. It is possible to make a 'limited torque' remap file, this may be required if your clutch is worn or you do not want to upgrade it. An organic clutch with an up-rated pressure plate is recommended to go with a stage 2 remap. You can expect to see economy gains of 3-5 MPG on average.Cost: Online remap service £99, Post us your ECU £140.
